    Returns & exchanges

    You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as they are unused.

    Delivery & orders

    Order processing generally takes 24/72 hours. This period may be extended during periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales, etc.), without guarantee. Once your order has been shipped, the average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

    Once your order has been handed over to the carriers, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email, including your parcel number, allowing you to track its progress via the link provided within 48/72 hours of your purchase.

    From 30€ of purchase we offer free shipping. Sometimes shipping is free, with no purchase limit, for a limited period.

    An email with the tracking number of the package will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You can then follow the status of your package in real time by going to our "Track my order" page.

    Please note that during the first few days after shipping, your tracking may not be recognized or updated directly.

    You may cancel your order before it is processed and shipped by contacting our customer service at info@ongleose.com. Please remember to include your order number or full name.

    If your order has already been shipped, no modifications or cancellations will be possible.

    If your package has not yet been shipped, we can change your address. You just need to send the correct address to our customer service by email at info@ongleose.com, specifying your order number or your full name.

    If your package has already been shipped, unfortunately we will no longer be able to make any changes.

    Product Questions

    Due to the high pigmentation of our products, it is imperative to shake the product before use.

    We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the colours visible in the photographs on the product sheet may differ slightly from the actual colours of the products. These differences are attributable to the individual settings of your screen.

    We offer a wide range of caps, American poses and Gel-X including different shapes and sizes to fit all styles. Whether you are looking for a classic, almond, or ballerina shape, we have what you need to start your custom creation.

    Absolutely! Our Gel-X capsules are designed to be compatible with all types of nail polish, glitter, stickers and other decorations. Ensure compatibility by using our products following our internal tests!

    Follow our step-by-step guide for a successful application, available in the blog section of our site. In short, clean your natural nails, choose the right size of capsule, apply the special glue, then position the capsule firmly.

    Our American and Gel-X capsules are designed for an average duration of 5-7 days. The durability of your capsules depends on the application method and your daily activities. According to our customers, the extensions can last from 1 to 3 weeks with careful application and proper maintenance, but it is recommended not to keep them for more than 3 weeks as a precaution. For a longer duration (1-3 weeks), opt for our glue.

    No! Be careful when preparing the nail, avoid polishing the nail too hard or for too long. It is important to only lightly scratch the nail, without pressing too hard. Too much or prolonged pressure can thin and weaken the nail over time.

    If you have any doubts, do not apply any product to the nail and consult a professional for appropriate advice.
